Your Authentic Self and Nature

The name Wild Creative Heart is a term I created to represent your authentic self. Wild is referencing nature.

Having a heart connection to the natural world is a part of your authentic self. This is why you may experience spending time in nature as refreshing and rejuvenating.

Our authentic self is in harmony with nature.
To foster harmony with nature, we need to create positive experiences.

What positive experiences can you create with nature?
For the answer, go within. What is your heart telling you?

One of the things that is close to my heart is listening to the birds.

Heart Guidance

Some people naturally move into their heart as they create.
Other people need to cultivate it so they are able to access their heart.
You can cultivate it by practicing intuitive drawing.

Cultivate Love

To cultivate love, slow down, quiet your mind, go within.

When you go within, you are cultivating love.
When you listen to your heart, you are cultivating love.

Practice going within. What does your heart tell you?

It may be difficult for you to trust the answer you receive. Focus on how it feels. As your heart opens, this becomes easier.

When you cultivate love, you are raising your consciousness.

Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow know what you truly want to become.

Following your heart and intuition is following the guidance of your authentic self.
It's using your inner guidance.
Following your heart and intuition spreads love.

Following your heart and intuition are elements of raising your consciousness.

When you raise your consciousness, you release fears, beliefs and other programs that keep you from understanding and doing what your intuition and heart are telling you.
